Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We reserve the right to choose the best option for all orders, based on package size, handling concerns, destination, and price.

All orders placed within the United States* (Domestics Orders) are FREE, except Hawaii and Alaska. Orders sent to Hawaii and Alaska will be charged shipping fees based on USPS rates.

International Orders are subject to shipping and handling fee based on the destination and weight of the package. See International Shipping for more detail.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Unfortunately Return Healthy is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

We will provide a tracking number with each order so you can track the progress of your package.  If you do not receive it with your shipping order, please contact us at sales@returnhealthy.com or via contact us page on this website.

 

Unclaimed Packages

We use address validation software to verify shipping addresses. If your package is returned to us as “refused” or “unclaimed”, we will attempt to reach you by the phone or email. If we cannot reach you, we will credit back your account less shipping fee.

 

Delivery Times

USPS Priority Mail orders placed before 12:00 am (MT) are shipped same day and typically arrive at domestic destinations in 2-4 business days (not guaranteed). Shipments to international destinations typically arrive in 6-15 business days (not guaranteed).

 

Shipment Status

You will automatically receive a shipment confirmation email that contains a tracking link. Click on the link and you’ll be taken to the shipping supplier’s website where your shipment status is displayed. You may also log into your account to check order status and track shipments.

 

Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii

Shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii will be based on package weight and destination and will be displayed prior to final checkout. We charge the rate calculated by the supplier plus handling, which includes all packaging materials.

 

International Shipping

We ship to virtually all countries in North America, South America, Central America, the Caribbean, and Europe, as well as to Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Philippines, and Israel via USPS Priority International. Shipping rates are based on package weight and destination. Shipments to international destinations typically arrive in 7-14 business days, but cannot be guaranteed. Rates are based on package weight and destination, and will be displayed prior to final checkout. We charge the rate calculated by the supplier plus handling, which includes all packaging materials.

Please be advised that your country may charge additional import fees for which Return Healthy will not be responsible. Please note that your country may have import restrictions on certain items. We recommend that you research local restrictions before placing your order. If an item is not allowed into the destination country, we cannot be responsible for the cost of the product or shipping.

Return Healthy is not responsible for any lost or stole package, once the package leaves the US territory we have no control over that package.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase of supplements, you may return it for a full refund, no questions asked. Simply send back the items you wish to return within 60 days of receipt and a credit will be issued to your credit card or PayPal account. Refunds for virtual products, like our Food Lifestyle Guide or Living with Lyme eLearning course, must be made within one week of purchase.

Please allow up 7 days after we receive the item back for the credit to appear in your account.

Return Healthy is not responsible for any extra fees originated by your financial institution during the refund process.

 

How to Request a Return?

To request a return simply send the package back to us with your a copy of your invoice inside to:

Please make sure to include your order number inside of the package when shipping items back to us so we can properly credit you.

 

How to return a package (shipping label and payment)?

See instructions above. You can use any shipment method you’d like. Please repackage the items including the invoice, and mail them back to us. Return Healthy is not responsible for any shipping cost related to a returning a package including tracking or insurance.

 

Incorrect package:

If for any reason we send you the incorrect product ordered, we will send you a prepaid return label with the correct package immediately free of charge so you can return it to us.
